TLC PTO, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) is a nonprofit parent-teacher organization supporting The Learning Center. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit https://tlcpto.com/ (the “Site”) or interact with us through volunteer sign-ups, membership forms, newsletters, or events.

- Contact information you provide, such as name, email address, phone number, and mailing address (e.g., when you join the PTO, volunteer, or sign up for a committee)
- Student information provided by parents/guardians for PTO purposes only (e.g., child’s name, grade, teacher) — never collected directly from children
- Payment information for membership dues, fundraisers, or event tickets, processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., [PayPal / Square / Stripe]); we do not store full card numbers
- Photos and videos taken at school/PTO events, which may be used in newsletters, social media, or the website

2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Communicate PTO news, events, and volunteer opportunities
- Process membership dues, donations, and fundraiser orders
- Coordinate volunteers and committees
- Maintain a directory (opt-in only, if applicable)
- Improve the Site
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
3. Children’s Privacy
Our Site is intended for use by parents, guardians, and staff — not by children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Any student information on this Site is provided by a parent or guardian and used solely for PTO administrative purposes. Parents may request removal of their child’s information at any time by contacting us at tlcpto@thelearningcenter.org.
4. Photos and Directory Information
Photos or names of students may appear in event coverage, newsletters, or social media. Parents/guardians may opt out of photo use by contacting tlcpto@thelearningcenter.org or by using the opt-out option on the school’s annual media release form. We honor school-level photo opt-out lists where shared with us.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services for payments, email newsletters, or event sign-ups (e.g., [Mailchimp, Sign Up Genius, PayPal]). These providers have their own privacy policies governing the information they process on our behalf.
6. Cookies and Analytics
