1. About This Site

This Site is operated by TLC PTO, Inc., a nonprofit parent-teacher organization supporting The Learning Center. TLC PTO, Inc. is an independent organization and is not operated by School District of Palm Beach County, Florida or The Learning Center itself, though we work in partnership with the school.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes related to PTO activities, such as viewing information, registering for events, volunteering, or making donations. You agree not to:

Use the Site in any way that disrupts its operation or security
Post or transmit unlawful, harmful, or offensive content (if the Site has comment/submission features)
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
Use content from the Site for commercial purposes without permission

3. Membership and Payments

Membership dues, donations, and fundraiser purchases made through the Site are processed through Zeffy, with payment processing provided by Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated on the specific event or fundraiser page. TLC PTO, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization; please contact us for donation receipt or tax information.

4. Volunteer Activities

Participation in PTO-sponsored events and volunteer opportunities is voluntary. By volunteering, you agree to follow all applicable school policies, including background check and campus visitor requirements where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

Content on this Site — including text, logos, and images — is owned by TLC PTO, Inc. or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent. The The Learning Center name and logo are used with permission of the school/district.

6. Third-Party Links

This Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., payment processors, sign-up tools, the school's own website). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those external sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TLC PTO, Inc., its board members, and volunteers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this Site or participation in PTO events, except as required by law.
